I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University, specializing in School Counseling. Over the past five years, I’ve supported kids and teens in school settings, and also worked in community mental health and Emergency Room psych, helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life changes.

I’m especially passionate about working with moms navigating the transition into parenthood—it’s a big shift, and having space to process it can make all the difference. My approach blends techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to meet you where you are and help you move toward healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard.
