Helping Heart Highlight

We’re thrilled to highlight Lindy Cook, MA, LLPC as our Helping Heart! With a rich background in education and a passion for helping others grow, Lindy brings both compassion and clinical expertise to the LifeSpring team. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University in 2023 and brings over a decade of experience working with school-aged children, adolescents, and adults.

Lindy’s calm, supportive presence creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore life’s challenges and transitions, whether it’s relationship struggles, parenting stress, career concerns, or grief. Her counseling approach blends cognitive-behavioral techniques with a whole-person, client-centered focus, ensuring every plan of care is personalized to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
