THERAPIST
Chelsea Kirkpatrick, LLPC

With two years of counseling experience working with children, families, and adults, I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and support. Since becoming a Limited Licensed Clinician in 2024, I have worked with individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment and attachment disorders, grief, and a variety of everyday life difficulties.
My approach to therapy is rooted in building strong therapeutic rapport and creating a safe, collaborative environment where people feel genuinely heard and understood. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions, and a person-centered approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I deeply value each person’s own insight, strengths, and lived experiences, and I believe profound growth happens when we work together. Deep and meaningful healing can be accomplished when we feel empowered, supported, and safe to self-reflect.
Whether you are seeking support through a difficult season, looking to better understand yourself, or hoping to feel more balanced and aligned in your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey. Together, we can work toward healing, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
