THERAPIST
Lynn Brodock, MSW

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Reproductive Mental Health Specialist certificate, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where women feel comfortable being open about their experiences. I believe healing begins when we feel heard, understood, and accepted, and I strive to help every client feel that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences influence one another while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you build the tools and confidence to move forward.
I specialize in women’s mental health with a focus on reproductive health across the lifespan. I support women navigating infertility, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, perimenopause, menopause, and the emotional impact of conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, and hysterectomy. I understand that these experiences often affect much more than physical health—they can influence identity, relationships, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.
In addition to working with women, I also support couples navigating the emotional challenges of infertility and pregnancy loss. These experiences can place tremendous strain on relationships, and I strive to help couples strengthen communication, process grief together, and support one another while navigating uncertainty and difficult decisions.
Many of the women and couples I work with have experienced medical trauma or have felt dismissed, minimized, or unheard within the healthcare system. My goal is to provide a space where your experiences are validated, your emotions are honored, and you feel supported as you process your journey, rebuild trust in yourself, and feel empowered to advocate for your health and well-being.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. My own experiences with fibroids, infertility, and hysterectomy have shaped not only my life but also my commitment to supporting others facing similar challenges. While every person’s journey is unique, I understand how overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally complex these experiences can be. I bring both professional knowledge and genuine empathy into every session.
Whether you’re navigating a reproductive health challenge, healing from medical trauma, adjusting to a new stage of life, or simply looking for a space where you can be yourself, my hope is that you’ll find compassion, understanding, and practical support in our work together. My goal is to help women and couples build resilience, strengthen self-compassion, feel confident in their decisions, and create lives that feel meaningful and authentic—at every age and every stage.
