THERAPIST
Randy Cole, MA, LPC

Hello, I’m Randy Cole, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. It’s been both an honor and a joy to work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, fear, compulsions, addictions, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience. I believe in walking alongside my clients, listening without judgment, exploring their thoughts and experiences, and helping them develop a clear path toward healing and personal growth. Together, we’ll build a plan that leads you toward hope, recovery, and meaningful change.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 28 years as a corrections officer with the Michigan Department of Corrections and over 30 years coaching high school football and track and field. I’ve been married to my wife Lissa for 37 years, and we’ve raised three amazing sons and are proud grandparents to five (soon to be six!) grandchildren.
At my core, I’m a people person, dedicated to helping others overcome life’s challenges with strength and resilience. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
